If you’re looking for a comfortable base from which to explore Oxfordshire’s many landmarks and attractions, our 10 very comfy bedrooms fit the bill. Our dining room is the perfect place to ring in graduation season and Olly’s epic pub grub is the ultimate post-festival feast.

Oxford Open Doors is a weekend (14th-15th September) that celebrates Oxford’s heritage and culture by giving everyone the chance to explore the colleges, university buildings and green spaces together – many of which are not usually open to members of the public! The perfect activity to absorb some of Oxford’s famed history and heritage. Join us after to debrief over a pint.

Four days of eventing action (19th-22nd September) including Dressage, Cross Country and Showjumping. All taking place in the grounds of one of Britain’s most beautiful and historic venues.

Held on the 13th October, The Oxford Half Marathon is a 13.1-mile race through historic Oxford. The route begins at Oxford’s iconic Broad Street in the city centre and passes through Old Marston village, the River Cherwell, Oxford University’s impressive Lady Margaret Hall, before finally finishing on Parks Road. Book in for a well deserved lunch with us after running the race.

Swing by Blenheim Palace from 25th October to the 3rd November for their annual halloween trail. Explore the palace grounds as they’re taken over by spooky characters and other Halloween horrors. The perfect way to entertain the kids during half term!

Christmas at Blenheim kicks off early on Friday 15th November so get prepared to be put in the Christmas spirit bright and early. Wander around the historic Palace and Gardens as they come alive with thousands of twinkling lights. Head back to The Arms for some warming pub grub and an overnight stay in one of our ten bedrooms.
